ACCEPTABLE USE / EFFECTIVE 13 OCTOBER 2026

Use the service responsibly.
Respect other people.

Effective 13 October 2026. This policy forms part of the NovaSoft Sites Terms.

Lawful and honest use

Do not publish unlawful content, credible threats, targeted harassment, exploitative material, material that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights, or content that impersonates a person or business. Do not mislead visitors about who operates a site or what it offers.

Do not use a NovaSoft Sites host for phishing, credential harvesting, deceptive payment collection, malware delivery, scams or other conduct that puts visitors at risk. You are responsible for obtaining rights and permissions for your own text, images, logos and other material.

Security and service integrity

Do not probe or attack accounts, hosts or infrastructure without written permission; bypass authentication, host isolation, plan limits, rate limits or Turnstile; interfere with other users; or upload malicious or unsupported files. Do not use editor content to inject executable code or scripts that the product does not expressly support.

Do not resell the service or its templates as a standalone product, automate account creation, scrape other customers’ private material or use the platform in a way that imposes unreasonable load or evades an included limit.

Enquiries and communications

Do not use a general Grow enquiry form to collect card details, passwords, government identifiers, health information or other sensitive information. Do not intentionally collect information about children through it. Provide notices and any consent required for your own use of visitor information.

Do not send unsolicited commercial messages, use harvested contact lists, or treat an enquiry as consent to marketing. Where marketing is lawful, comply with applicable consent, sender-identification and unsubscribe requirements. Grow notification emails are operational notices to the verified site owner, not a marketing channel.

Reports and review

Report a suspected breach to help@novasofttechnologies.com with the affected URL and a concise explanation. Avoid sending unnecessary personal or sensitive information. We may ask for evidence, investigate and take proportionate steps such as limiting a form, suspending publication or securing an account.

When safe and lawful, we will give the account owner a reason and an opportunity to respond or fix a remediable issue. Urgent harm can require immediate restriction. The owner may request human review at the support address. We do not promise continuous monitoring or guaranteed detection; we will reassess restrictions as facts change.
